Fair play is more than just a rule – it is a fundamental value that we follow in every training, match and off the field. We believe that sport should educate and develop not only the body, but also character. Floorball is a fast, contact game that combines emotions, competition and team spirit. That is why fairness is key. At FDC Carpathia, we strive to guide children and adults to understand the importance of:

Respect opponents and referees.
The opponent is also our partner in the game. Without him, there would be no match and no opportunity to improve. Referees make the game possible - they deserve respect and support.

Play honestly and by the rules.
We learn to win with humility and lose with honor. Cheating has no place in our club.

Support teammates.
Floorball is a team game. We encourage each other, help each other, celebrate together, and overcome obstacles together.

Develop character and responsibility.
Fair play isn't just on the field - it carries over into everyday life. We learn to be fair, responsible and honest in everything we do.
